Google has completely updated the content, names, and pricing of its existing AI subscription packages. Here’s a breakdown of the new plans and their features:
Google AI Pro – $19.99/month
Despite the new name, Google AI Pro remains an affordable option. Priced at $19.99 per month, this plan includes:
- 2 TB cloud storage
- Access to Gemini 2.5 Pro
- Deep Research capabilities
- Video generation with Veo 2
- Early access to Gemini in Chrome
- Flow AI film tool (up to 100 scenes per month)
This subscription also extends to other Google AI services like Gemini Workspace, NotebookLM Plus, and Whisk.
Google AI Ultra – $249.99/month
Google AI Ultra combines the company’s most powerful AI tools and services. In addition to everything included in the Pro plan, Ultra offers:
- 30 TB of storage for Gmail, Drive, and Photos (normally worth $149.99)
- YouTube Premium subscription (worth $13.99)
- Natural voice generation and cinematic scene production with Veo 3 via Flow
- Enhanced NotebookLM features (coming later this year)
- Access to Agent Mode
- Project Mariner: manage up to 10 tasks simultaneously from a single dashboard
Soon, Gemini 2.5 Pro’s Deep Think Mode and advanced image-to-video conversion via Whisk will also be made available exclusively to AI Ultra users.
⚠️ The new Google AI Ultra package is currently available only in the U.S. For a limited time, it can be purchased at a discounted price of $124.99 for the first three months. Google has announced plans to roll out the new packages to other countries in the near future.
